End User License Agreement

Subject to these terms, Ektasi Technology grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product on a single licensed domain, as recorded at activation. A valid, unrefunded purchase code (an Envato purchase code or an Ektasi-issued code) is required.

The product requires activation and periodically validates the license over the internet ("call-home"). You acknowledge that activation and ongoing validation require an active internet connection. The product caches its last valid status and continues to operate for a grace period during transient connectivity loss.

Each license is bound to one licensed domain, recorded at activation. Use on any other domain requires a domain reset (limited to one self-service reset per 30 days; frequent resets are flagged for manual review). Installing a single license on multiple domains is a material breach.

Your license key is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, sublicense, share, or redistribute your license key or any "nulled," cracked, or otherwise circumvented copy of the product.

Ektasi may revoke a license — disabling premium features remotely on the next validation — upon a refund, chargeback, marketplace dispute, confirmed license abuse (including multi-domain use or nulling), or violation of these terms. Where a product has activation requirements, those are disclosed at the point of sale.

Certain high-value features execute on Ektasi servers and are gated by a short-lived entitlement granted only to active licenses. These features are unavailable to unlicensed, revoked, or circumvented copies.

Validation transmits the license token, the bound domain, and an instance identifier. Handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The product is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ektasi disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product.
